We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  •  Books with clear signs of use

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Late or Missing Refunds

Haven’t received your refund yet?  Please take the following steps.

1. Contact your credit card company—it may take a few business days for the refund to officially post.

2. Check with your bank to confirm processing times.

3. Still no refund? Reach out to us at info@compasspress.org.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at info@compasspress.org, and mail your item to:
